Parker's Cottage is a delightful detached Grade II listed building, complete with it's original mullion windows. Last lived in in 1902, Parker's Cottage was recently rebuilt to create a fantastic three bedroom holiday cottage that affords superb views across Deepdale on to Whernside - the highest of The Three Peaks.
This is an escape from it all location, yet under one and a half miles from the cobbled centre of Dent Village.
The ground floor features a living room with feature fireplace and the original bread oven. There is comfortable seating for five and a television with Freeview channels and a DVD player.
A well-equipped kitchen with dining area and great views from the four ground floor front facing windows.
On the first floor there is a large en-suite bedroom with double bed, a spacious twin bedroom and a good size single bedroom. A family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin.
Outside offers private parking for four cars, a small rockery garden, water feature (built into the rock) that was the house well and has now been made safe and child friendly. The boundary wall to the front has been lowered in part to provide a large seating area, ideal for taking in the wonderful view!
Central heating throughout as well as that real fire. Bedding and linen provided. All electric and heating is included in the price.
